Account Manager
The Account Manager has a deep understanding of our clients’ businesses and is buttoned up on every detail. In this role, the account manager functions as a brand manager on multiple product brands and is the internal brand expert. The account manager guides junior account team members’ day-to-day activities and partners with senior account leads in strategic planning and financial management of accounts. They are the go-to team member on market knowledge and competitor intelligence. They share information early and often. They are an active listener who can predict client needs, bring unexpected ideas to them and exceed their expectations, all while managing teams, budgets and timelines. This person could be located in the Kansas City, MO, office; Columbia, MO, office; or remote.
Director of New Business Development
As the Director of New Business Development at Woodruff, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and expanding our client portfolio. We’re looking for a hunter — someone with a proactive, ambitious and goal-oriented approach to finding and securing profitable new business. Your priority will be to spot new opportunities, build strong connections with potential clients and develop strategic initiatives to enhance Woodruff’s presence in key markets.
Account Executive
The Account Executive is responsible for the organization and execution of projects from start to finish. Account executives work closely with the account team to maintain and track projects to ensure they move through Woodruff’s processes smoothly and efficiently. They identify issues, problem solve and implement improvements for efficiency and better outcomes. They manage scopes of work and client budgets. The account executive develops a deep understanding of our clients’ businesses.
Associate Account Manager
The Associate Account Manager at Signal Theory is a key position on the team, supporting client work in a responsive, efficient and accurate manner. This position is extremely detail-oriented and requires working in a fast-paced environment. The Associate Account Manager reports to the Account Supervisor and works alongside the remainder of the team.
Social Media Designer
Woodruff is seeking a social media designer to join our team of creative problem solvers. The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of experience and a portfolio that reflects graphic design and digital design capabilities, including social graphics and ads, video and reels, GIFs, Google display ads, banner ads and native ads. They must have a solid understanding of social platforms, the ability and agility to quickly create cross-channel content that meets digital platform specifications and bring excellent design, layout and branding experience.
Social Media Marketing Specialist
The Social Media Marketing Specialist is responsible for assisting in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of client and agency social media strategies to increase brand awareness and improve marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, and passionate about engaging audiences through digital platforms. You must also demonstrate interest in architecture and/or the built environment.
Art Director
An art director at Signal Theory is, above all else, responsible for consistently bringing smart and original thinking to any project paired with an understanding of what makes creative work good or great. It’s vital for an art director to effectively process information and feedback from clients and colleagues. Clear and persuasive articulation of ideas, creative choices and strategic direction are expected.
Account Manager
The Account Manager at Signal Theory is responsible for building trusted client partnerships based on business and brand knowledge, an ability to guide marketing strategies and lead tactical executions. The Account Manager brings forward the full breadth of Signal Theory solutions to our clients and is an integral member of a client-centered team, reporting directly to the Account Supervisor.
Associate Art Director
Associate art directors at Signal Theory are primarily engaged with the visual aspect of the assignment and have limited industry experience. However, they are still responsible for bringing smart and original thinking to every project. It’s necessary for an associate art director to effectively process information and feedback about their work from colleagues, their manager and clients. An ability to clearly articulate ideas, creative choices and strategic direction – with some direction and supervision – is highly valued.
Motion Designer / Animator
19 Below is looking for a creative and innovative Motion Designer / Animator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, an excellent sense of timing, and the ability to bring ideas to life through motion graphics and animation. You’ll collaborate closely with the 19 Below creative team, under the guidance of our Senior Motion Designer to create compelling visual content that resonates with our audience.

As the creative director, you will be the visionary leader overseeing all aspects of the organization's creative output. This role requires a combination of artistic talent, strategic thinking, and strong leadership skills to inspire and guide a team of creative professionals. The successful candidate will produce compelling and innovative work that aligns with the company's brand identity and objectives. Responsibilities include conceptualizing and implementing creative strategies that uphold our brand standards and drive our business goals.
ACTIVATION STRATEGIST, PERFORMANCE MEDIA
The Activation Strategist, Performance Media, is a key player in driving client success through effective digital marketing campaigns. This role requires a strong understanding of performance media channels, including Paid Search, Video, Display, Ecomm, Paid Social, SEO, and emerging platforms. The strategist will plan, execute, and optimize campaigns to achieve client goals while providing valuable insights and recommendations.
STRATEGIST
The Strategist brings the data, research and insights from various departments together so that the agency can create comprehensive (and amazing) strategies for our clients. They help to bring order to chaos by creating frameworks that explain the inexplicable and find magic in the details.
SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR
The Social Coordinator is responsible for developing and executing engaging social media content that increases brand awareness and drives engagement across various platforms.
DIGITAL CONTENT STRATEGIST
The Digital Content Strategist is responsible for translating direction into action ensuring we have the right message on the right platform, working with team members from concept to completion and analyzing performance to ensure we’re continuously improving. The Digital Content Strategist reports to the Marketing Manager.
