Project Manager
The project manager will be responsible for leading end-to-end project development and execution strategies, which includes defining project milestones, owning internal timelines and ensuring the quality of work meets Woodruff's standards. They are responsible for developing work plans, timelines, campaign schedules, and resource and talent allocation. Additionally, they will be responsible for developing and documenting processes to maximize efficiency, help eliminate roadblocks and will work closely with all members of the project management team and other internal teams to ensure project success.

Integrated Media Planner
The Integrated Media Planner is responsible for crafting and validating measurement and channel strategies that align with client business objectives, under the guidance of their direct manager and in collaboration with the broader team. All recommendations, whether documented or implemented, must be well-justified with clear reasoning.

Director, Insights & Analytics
The role of Director, Insights & Analytics is to play a pivotal part in driving data-driven decisions with the aim of optimizing marketing plans and engagement strategies. In this role, you will be responsible for strategizing with other team members, presenting findings and recommendations to clients, developing and maintaining MBB’s strategic approach to using data, represent the agency as the SME on analytics and directing team members on the collection, analysis, and dissemination of findings for assigned clients.

This position plays a critical role in creating compelling, compliant content across multiple platforms while driving innovation and collaboration within the marketing team and across business leaders.

Account Manager
The Account Manager at Signal Theory is responsible for building trusted client partnerships based on business and brand knowledge, an ability to guide marketing strategies and lead tactical executions. The Account Manager brings forward the full breadth of Signal Theory solutions to our clients and is an integral member of a client-centered team, reporting directly to the Account Supervisor.

Graphic Designer
Under the guidance of the Vice President of Marketing and Guest Services, the Graphic Designer is responsible for the conception and design of the organization’s visual communications. The Graphic Designer will produce a diverse variety of content for the Museum, both digital and print, including program graphics, museum gallery guides, short-term exhibition branding, banners, brochures, mailers, digital graphics and other marketing related collateral. The Graphic Designer works closely with the Marketing team and across departments to effectively present the Museum’s story, while developing ideas and opportunities contributing to the long-term success and stability of the organization.
