Bernstein-Rein Advertising - Full Time - Hybrid
Kansas City, Mo
Since 1964, Bernstein-Rein has transformed consumer insights into winning ideas. While innovation moves faster today, our mission remains: Impact the Future of Retail. From developing the Happy Meal concept for McDonald’s, helping grow Walmart from a regional retailer to becoming a global brand, or helping countless other brands become iconic, we have retail in our blood. Whether it's a purpose-driven primary care office, an evolving insurance company, or a company delivering fresh-baked cookies, our approach never wavers. We dive deep into consumer mindsets, helping brands forge lasting connections with their customers, turning our dreamer brands into disruptive cultural forces that reshape their industries.
We are looking to add curious, patient, empathetic people to our team who desire to create seismic impact. Our content, creative, design and production group prioritize the following skills:
Leverage the power of empathy: It's hard. It's rewarding. It's the only way we can succeed as a team, as a partner with our clients, and creating meaningful work.
Embrace resourcefulness: We find ways to make things happen. When faced with obstacles, we pivot, adapt, and discover unconventional solutions that drive results.
Push beyond satisfaction: We're never done making our work better. Good isn't good enough - we constantly challenge ourselves and our ideas to reach new heights of innovation.
