Motion Designer / Animator
19 Below - Full Time - Kansas City, Missouri
19 Below is looking for a creative and innovative Motion Designer / Animator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, an excellent sense of timing, and the ability to bring ideas to life through motion graphics and animation. You’ll collaborate closely with the 19 Below creative team, under the guidance of our Senior Motion Designer to create compelling visual content that resonates with our audience.
Key Responsibilities
Create high-quality motion graphics and animations for commercial, web and social content.
Collaborate with creative team of creative directors, designers, editors and producers, as well as clients of 19 Below.
Incorporate feedback to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and project goals
Stay up-to-date with trends in animation, video, and motion design to inspire new creative directions
Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
Position is an on-site role at the 19 Below studio.
Proven experience as a Motion Designer, Animator, or similar role
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
Solid understanding of animation principles, visual design, and storytelling techniques
Experience in 3D animation, or VFX is a plus
A strong portfolio showcasing a range of motion design and animation work
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
