The Social Media Marketing Specialist is responsible for assisting in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of client and agency social media strategies to increase brand awareness and improve marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, and passionate about engaging audiences through digital platforms. You must also demonstrate interest in architecture and/or the built environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Participate in developing and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, [PJ2] TikTok, etc.).

  • Create, curate, and manage content (including written, images, videos) that resonates with the target audiences and promotes meaningful engagement.

  • Schedule and publish posts across multiple social media platforms, ensuring content consistency and brand voice.

  • Engage with online communities, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.

  • Analyze performance metrics (e.g., engagement rates, reach, click-through rates) using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.

  • Monitor marketing dashboards for use throughout the studio.

  • Monitor trends in social media, industry news, and competitors to identify new opportunities for engagement.

  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.

  • Track and report on the effectiveness of social media campaigns, making adjustments based on data insights.

  • Stay updated on social media best practices and emerging platforms to enhance the company’s digital presence.

  • Work with influencers and brand ambassadors to increase reach and credibility.

  • Manage paid social media campaigns, optimizing for conversion and performance.

  • Supporting the team and helping the firm meet deadlines.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or an industry we serve.

  • 1-3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.

  • A social media portfolio of examples of your work.

  • Proven ability to create engaging content that drives audience engagement and brand awareness.

  • Familiarity with social media management tools

  • Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) to measure performance and ROI.

  • Experience with paid social media advertising and understanding of audience targeting.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Familiarity with social listening tools.

  • Experience in B2B marketing.
